W Britains 117 RARE EGYPTIAN INFANTRY label FRED WHISSTOCK New Box

  

This is an incredible and rare set, part of my father-in-law's collection amassed over 30 years. 117, 8 Infantry figures in a newer Britains box with what looks to be an original Fred Whisstock label!

For those who dont know W Britain history well, Whisstock was an extremely talented artist who created labels for the pre-war boxes. The label alone makes this box of soldiers highly collectible! Its likely that these figures are pre-war. They look to be in excellent, mint to near-mint shape. When figures are this good, you always wonder if theyve been retouched, but I have no reason to believe theyre not original!
