The set is in excellent, unused condition. Instructions and inner plastic bag are present. The decals are unused but have dried and come loose from the sheets. Windows are still sealed in their bag. The box is complete and overall in very good condition. One inner flap is detached but is present. Some creasing and crushing to one side as pictured but still very presentable.

Graphics are bright and intact. The cardboard furniture on the back is fully intact, very often these have been cut out as was intended. Overall an excellent example, I think you would struggle to find a better one of these!

Not an easy model to find complete, let alone unassembled. The tiny safe handle is almost always missing. Items are always packaged to a professional standard using high quality packing materials.
