BRITAINS ZOO ANIMALS: SHOP COUNTER DISPLAY with 30 ANIMALS. Britains collectible plastic Zoo animals from the 1960's to 1990's.

On offer I have a very rare and seldom seen Shop Counter Display Unit with 30 animals. These were only found in official Britains retail stores and were either placed on a counter or mounted on a wall to display Britains range of Zoo animals. Animals included: Giraffe Adult, Giraffe Baby Running, Hippopotamus, Hippopotamus Baby, Rhinoceros, Rhinoceros Baby, Lion, Lioness, Lion Cub, Brown Bear, Brown Bear Cub, Polar Bear sitting, Polar Bear Walking, Polar Bear Cub Standing, American Bison, Young Crocodile, Sable Antelope, Walrus, Seal, Giant Tortoise, Giant Anteater, Tiger Walking, Tiger Sitting, Panther, Giant Panda, Zebra, Camel Adult, Camel Baby, Elephant Calf, Water Buffalo. Shop Counter Display 42.0cm x 43.0cm approx. The animal figures vary in height from about 2.0cm for the Giant Anteater to 15.0cm for the Adult Giraffe.

Condition: The shop display unit itself is in very good condition, particularly for it's 50+ years of age. The acetate protect cover has darkened slightly over the years but does not detract from the overall item. The animals condition is remarkable, definitely the best collection of Britains animals I have come across for a very long time! All in brandnew condition and appear as they were made yesterday and not the late 1960's.
