This is Britain's set #39, The Royal Horse Artillery at the Gallop. Britains produced these between 1948 and 1965. This is an incomplete set that includes the six-horse team that is pulling the limber and the cannon. The six-horse team is held together with the H-shaped traces. All the horses have their legs and tails, all the riders have their plumes.
The limber is FULL of ammo! This is the first time I have ever opened one and seen it full! The limber and cannon are complete, no missing or broken parts. These come from a smoke-free home environment. The fellow I bought them from said he had a few more that he would like me to sell for him.
A few thousand toy soldiers later I got hooked. I do this for fun and to keep myself busy. Because of this, I don't have a lot of room to accept low offers. So, don't be too upset if I do not accept your offer or send you a counter-offer with a brief explanation as to why. See my ever-changing inventory from many makers of quality toy soldiers in my other listings, including but not limited to: All the Queen's Men, Alymer, Bastion, Blenheim, Britannia, CBG Mignot, Ducal, F.
