3 VINTAGE 1/32 PLASTIC DISPLAY BACKGROUNDS Airfix, Timpo, Britains

  

I don't know much about these apart from I have had them for a good number of years in my collection. They came from a 50's - late 70's soldier collection and I was told they were given to shops to be used as display backgrounds for Airfix, Timpo and Britain's to be displayed - I don't know if these were supplied by the said companies. I have recently been advised by a gentleman that he thought they were given to his shop by Timpo but again only hearsay. They are fantastic plastic collector pieces and are very rare.

Also could be an opportunity for someone to make a mould from to reproduce. They are in good condition, despite age and type of item, dusty and castle has one bit of damage (pictured - stone bent back) but could be fixed. Lot also includes 20 plastic ladders as shown in pictures.
