Britains Exquisite Toy Soldiers PRUSSIAN INFANTRY OF THE LINE PARIS OFFICE DEPOSE SET No. This rare set comprises five lead toy soldiers by W. All figures are marked "Depose" on their bases (note that some markings are fainter than others). One of the figures has lost his moveable arm with weapon and either lost all of his paint or was never painted in the first place, not sure which!

The remaining four figures are in fantastic condition considering their age. My understanding is that these figures were originally included in Set No. 154, PRUSSIAN INFANTRY OF THE LINE and that they were based on the Russian figure with blanket roll, marching at the slope. My research suggests this is a VERY rare set of Britains soldiers indeed! A lovely antique set ready for their next commander!
