A very rare and completely original boxed set of Herald Federal infantry, Cat. Herald, later to become Britains Herald, first produced a set of 4 ACW Confederate infantry in the late 1950's, officer, bugler, advancing and firing figures.

This boxed set includes all four poses with extra advancing and firing figures. This is an original and highly collectable set. The figures are in excellent/mint condition. The box shows some signs of it's age with one or two repairs, see photos, but includes original labelling. This is a pre-Britains original Herald set and must be one of very few surviving after 60 years.

It will enhance any model soldier collection and scarcity value alone should make this a good investment.
